A backup team for essential workers

Caring for your family while you care for ours.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve healthcare providers and other essential workers, patients, and communities in Maryland , Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our goal is to identify needs and create teams of student volunteers to help address those needs. We want to start by helping those on the frontlines of COVID-19 who need help managing their household. Our caregivers provide in-person tutoring, babysitting, online tutoring, pet-walking/sitting, grocery runs, errands, and more. It takes a village!

Notes of Appreciation

“It is selfless acts such as this that lift up my spirit that we as a society will get through this, and in fact these acts of compassion and kindness are bright spots during some dark days to come”

“All I want to say is THANK YOU and BRAVO to you all. You are truly exhibiting your understanding of, and commitment to the health and welfare of the caregivers that are on the forefront of this pandemic. As challenging as this situation is, it is providing some valuable real-life lessons that you will be able to put to use in your future medical practices.”

“Thank you for doing this; what a wonderful way to contribute to our healthcare workers so we can all continue to care for our community.”
